I am a seasoned counselor with over 18 years of experience in the field. Specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, and women’s health, I have dedicated my career to partnering with my clients to empower them to make sustainable changes. I work with clients to empower them to live with greater resilience, confidence, and authenticity. With a warm and welcoming approach, I create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies. My deep understanding of mental health issues, coupled with my genuine empathy, allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level. While I work with clients of all ages, I have a particular passion for supporting women and parents through their unique journeys. Whether it’s managing the demands of motherhood, overcoming personal obstacles, or finding balance in a hectic world, I offer a tailored therapeutic approach and practical approach for change. Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for my professionalism, integrity, and commitment to my clients’ well-being. My holistic approach to counseling incorporates evidence-based techniques and a deep respect for each individual’s experiences and values. My collaborative style ensures that clients feel empowered and engaged in the therapeutic process. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to identify and achieve their goals. In addition to my clinical work, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and trainings that meet the gold standard in therapeutic modalities to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients.
