Hi, I'm Abbi and I am excited that you found my page! I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. It is my passion to help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Over the past 14 years, I have been trained in several different therapy styles including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma, and Addictions Counseling.
