Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults and adolescents to address depression, anxiety, postpartum and perinatal mood disorders, as well as other mental health needs. After graduating from the University of Missouri School of Social Work, I began my career working within the community mental health setting. During this time I was able to gain vital experience working with diverse and varied populations. Following my shift to private practice, I have worked significantly with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My own life experiences have led me to develop a passion for postpartum/perinatal mental health and the transitions that come with family life. I believe therapy should be a comfortable place to share openly without fear of judgement or criticism. I aim to help people by encouraging, guiding, and educating as they work toward their unique and personal goals.
