I specialize in Somatic Experiencing, relational psychodynamic therapy and attachment work. My approach helps you use your nervous system's natural resources and strengths, building you up to address the root of issues getting in the way of your peace, fulfillment and satisfaction. I bring all my life's experience as a counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, martial artist and coach to my clients. I want to provide you with a helping relationship where you can be deeply heard, seen, and feel safe to explore yourself; to help you open up possibilities in your life that felt unreachable before.
