Hi, my name is Aaron I'm passionate about working with individuals ages 13 and up who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, bipolar, eating disorders, trauma, and grief. I enjoy helping teens and adults develop personalized coping strategies and skills to build a fulfilling life. My approach is deeply collaborative, working alongside my clients to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience, growth, and empowerment. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I completed my undergraduate at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in Psychology and my Masters Degree at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem for Counseling.
