Introduction

I've lived in New Mexico for over 25 years and love the diversity of the culture and the landscape. I am an avid fly fisherman and love hiking in the mountains and gardening. I'm currently working to become a clinical herbalist and have studied Nutrition through IIN out of New York City, where I've been certified as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. I've been practicing as a counselor/therapist for over 10 years in the Albuquerque area with additional experience working with traumatized youth in local non profits. I work with children, adolescents and adults as an ally to process trauma, depression and anxiety.
