Introduction

I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples. I can help with depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. I have noticed throughout the years that trauma both big and small, tends to be the root causes of many issues. It is my goal to help others to achieve healing in a supportive, non-judgmental and comfortable environment. I believe in client led sessions as clients are the experts on themselves and I am here to help guide them with my knowledge and skills to where they want to go. I often help clients to better understand themselves through the use of psycho-educational materials and self explorations. I am trained in many modalities including Brain spotting Phase 1, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy , Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Matrix Model, and Dialectical behavioral therapy.
