Introduction

Hello and welcome to my practice! Do you struggle with feeling nervous, overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge? Keeping up with the demands of life may seem challenging with worries living rent-free in your mind. If you need help navigating through these challenges, my experience may support your needs and you may gain new insights, find clarity, and learn skills to reduce anxiety and panic. Comfort with your therapist is important in achieving success in treatment and providing a safe, affirming space for self-discovery is crucial. Finding peace of mind, solutions, and living as your true self can help pave the way to feeling happy, secure, and less stressed. I am licensed in Arizona with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, gender dysphoria, lgbt-related issues, depression, and difficulty staying present. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I have been told I help people feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I enjoy teaching, helping others discover the whys & feel empowered to find the courage to keep stepping forward. I can help make sense of what you are going through. Since many aspects of a person’s life affect their overall well-being, I take an integrative approach as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). I am strengths-based, solutions-oriented, & value helping people at all stages of change. I have had training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) providing Neuroscience-Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy (nCBT). Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. May you feel seen, heard, & challenged just enough to grow when you work with me. May you walk away from our sessions with more understanding, confidence of the value in the time you spent and work you did, & strength to keep moving on. May the skills I teach you to practice between sessions help you achieve your goals - Tell me your story! I am looking forward to working with you!
