Introduction
Asking for help may be a difficult task. Reaching out takes courage. When you are in a place to take that step I will be here to walk with you through your journey. I find it a privilege to work with adolescents, adults, and families to promote resilience. I use a variety of treatment approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical experience includes working through substance use issues, anxiety, trauma, depression, and a variety of other mental illnesses. I believe that people can grow through difficult challenges and I am here to support you through the way. I look forward to hearing from you.
