I have been a licensed psychologist for over 10 years, and I am here to help support and empower you to start your healing journey. There is hope! I specialize in working with adults who struggle with eating/body issues, anxiety, and mood disorders. I lean heavily on CBT, DBT and IPT skills while focusing on building a strong therapeutic rapport. I firmly believe that if a person is able to establish genuine connection with others and a harmony within themselves, they possess the tools needed to grow, and that recovery is within reach.
