Are you a mental health professional looking to share a unique and useful perspective with therapy-seekers? Or are you a therapy-seeker yourself with a story to tell about your path to mental wellness? If so, we are looking for you!
We’re looking for original, informative, and inclusive articles on any topic related to psychology, mental health, or personal growth and wellbeing. These could be lived experiences or rooted in academic research. The scope of appropriate topics is intentionally broad.
Length: Max 1,250 words
Editorial style: Plain language; write how you talk
Tone: Informative, lively, resourceful, and authentic
Note: All submissions we accept go through an editorial process to align with Monarch’s tone and style
Please do not submit completed articles. Instead, here’s how to submit your pitch to us:
Send us a brief email—no more than two paragraphs—outlining what you’d like to talk about and why.
If we’re interested in moving forward with your article, an editor will reach out to you with next steps.
This is a paid opportunity. More details will be provided if we accept your pitch.
If you haven’t heard a response within 2 weeks, please assume we’ve decided not to move forward with your piece.
Send your pitch to firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to hearing from you.
