I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist. I have been providing professional therapy services for eight years and I work with a wide range of diverse needs. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out to someone to ask for support to address individual, family and relationship challenges and needs. The most therapeutic method to help achieve change is the supportive and trusting relationship between you and your therapist. That is why I provide person-centered and individualized therapy services in a trusting therapeutic environment where you are encouraged to be your authentic self and express yourself openly without judgement. I have experience in mental health therapy, expressive therapy, play therapy, and family therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing life, family, and relationship stressors; adjustment issues; stage of life changes; or who have complex behavioral health needs. I am an affirming and inclusive therapist with training and experience providing services for individuals of all ages and abilities including individuals with physical, cognitive, or developmental diversity. I am an ally and advocate for gender diversity and inclusion. I am supportive of individuals in same gender relationships and families, and individuals who participate in consensual open relationships.
