Introduction

I am a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist who has the desire to help individuals who feel stuck, helpless, hopeless, and are struggling to overcome life's challenges. Seeking therapy is not easy, but neither is living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship issues and parental stress. I truly believe every client is the expert in their own life and I plan to help you find your answers. I have experience working with older adults, adults, and adolescents, helping them overcome challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, and parenting practices. Treatment is tailored to the client's needs using an eclectic approach. l strive to provide a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you navigate through life’s challenges and stressors. I believe it is imperative to have someone providing support when you decide to embark on your healing journey and I can be that person for you.
