Introduction

I have focused my work on the treatment of trauma and the depression and anxiety that usually follows from it. Using a variety of techniques (EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic therapy), we will work on transforming your negative feelings about the past. If you find yourself filled with self hate and an inner voice that won't stop criticizing, we will focus on helping you talk to yourself with grace, compassion and acceptance. In working towards these goals, I will not judge or criticize you. I work with a gentle and caring persistence to move you towards your goals at a pace that works best for you. I treat no two people the same way but honor their own individual experiences and needs.
