After struggling for so long, you might be burnt out and it likely affects your work, relationships, and your children. You deserve to wake up looking forward to the day and not having to force a smile and pretend everything is fine. What is most important to you? What do you wish people understood about you? Let's explore this and the relationship you have with yourself. I work primarily with adults who seek understanding of themselves individually and in relation to others. I create a space that is safe and comfortable to help you determine what is most important to you and how to align with that. We will work together to gain more perspective and ideas to create the shift in your day-to-day life you're looking for. I know it can be hard to accept needing help while also risking being misunderstood or shamed. The truth is, we all need some help at times. It's a brave move to reach out and open up to someone new.
