Introduction

"In childhood, our outside shapes the inside, and in adulthood the inside shapes the outside." -Chip Judd If we are honest with ourselves, we can acknowledge that who we are today is shaped by the experiences and relationships we had growing up—good or bad. From the moment you are born, relationships are imperative for survival. As you grow, you learn that relationships are instrumental in revealing your strengths but also in revealing brokenness from past hurts, trauma, and negative experiences. Over the past 12 years, I have specialized helping young children (ages 0-5), school-aged, pre-teens, teens and their parents with various issues such as overcome trauma, behavior challenges, parenting issues, family issues, divorce, and parent-child relational issues/mismatch. In tandem, I have helped adults increase awareness of their inner child wounds as well as overcome issues with anxiety, depression, and trauma. It is my hope to utilize the therapeutic experience as a parallel process to help enhance parent-child relationships, relationships with others, but most importantly the relationship you have with yourself. I would love the opportunity to partner with you, meet you where you are at, and create a safe space where your journey to healing, freedom, and inner peace can begin. You deserve the opportunity to live life and not let life live you.
