I started my practice in the trenches, revitalizing neighborhoods, working with gangs and doing therapy in group homes. I graduated to hospital work helping families navigate the most dramatic life-changing tragedies. I spent years bedside in ICU, the Emergency Room, the NICU and the Stroke Unit. Homeless Veterans found housing, life skills and therapy during my time at the VA. A profoundly gratifying experience. Currently, alongside my private practice, I train Associate Marriage and Family Therapists who are gaining hours for their licensure. Our focus is grief and trauma, but I'm imbedded with multiple areas of therapeutic practice including working with parents of LBGTQI children, Christian Counseling, ACT, CBT and Crisis Intervention.
