"We all deal with life in our own unique way, and sometimes, we may have a hard time coping with, understanding and adjusting to the hand we've been dealt. As your therapist, my goal is to provide a space for you to acknowledge and process difficult emotions, learn new ways to cope, boost your confidence, and just allow you to be, you. A therapeutic relationship may be what you've been missing."
