Introduction

Hello! I am happy that you started exploring the journey into finding another support for your support system. Everybody at some point in time or another gets stuck or is overwhelmed by feelings that are bigger than he/she/they can manage. I want to be that person that can be the empathetic and compassionate ear to help you through the journey of life. I specialize in working with children, youth, adolescents, and teens however I have worked with all age groups. I use a variety of strategies to connect with my clients. I am a trauma informed therapist who uses relationship and trust to strengthen communication and dig deeper into the emotional world of the individual. I use a lot of cognitive behavior therapy strategies with a person centered focus. I am currently meeting with clients virtually to allow for safe and healthy interactions in the comfort of your own secure space. Virtual sessions allow for flexibility in scheduling also.
