Introduction

Therapy should be a safe place for growth and healing. It is important to have a validating environment to work on obstacles and challenges we all face in our lives. I am an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Tucson, Arizona. I have worked in the behavioral health field since 2010 and enjoy working with individuals of different ages and needs. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I also offer weekend appointments based on availability. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Family and utilize other treatment approaches such as mindfulness skills, emotional regulation, family systems, psycho-education, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am proficient in English and Spanish. My goal for therapy is to assist individuals with establishing a strong sense of self-awareness, gaining insight, and promoting healthy relationships with oneself and others.
