Stuck....depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, constant conflict in relationships and dissatisfaction with life? Many people find themselves in a place where they know something has to change but cannot see the way forward. Sometimes all it takes is for one door to open to unlock the path forward to change your life, create thriving relationships, learn to control your emotions and get that calm that you’ve been wanting in the storm of your life. I see individuals and couples depending on the need and use an eclectic form of therapy that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as tools to address your unique struggle. I use a conversational tone to make it comfortable while working through the process of getting your moving forward. Some obstacles may be worked through quickly and some may take longer as your work through your own thinking, background and solutions. The goal is always to find the components of your life (ie family, faith, skills and passions) that can be used to work toward overcoming your obstacle.
