Introduction

Hello! Finding a therapist can be difficult, been there. From the start you will get a safe space and someone who is going to be invested in helping in any way I can. I have worked to become as versatile as possible in order to help all walks of life. My approach consists of many different treatment modalities, Internal Family Systems is my main approach but will use Narrative, CBT, and many others. This work is hard, so we will do it collaboratively, but also expect to be challenged through the process. I love what I do, it is a privilege to assist others on their life journey. Reach out, let's see if we can make some change.
