I’ve helped many people in my career who have struggled with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties because of trauma, abuse, loss, or other high-stress experiences from their past. It’s not just the events we’ve experienced, but rather the result of how those events continue to affect us. I help patients retain learning and wisdom from their past but lose the pain. Everyone who steps into my office will be valued, heard, and respected no matter how difficult the issues may be to talk about. I respect and treat each person as I would want my own family member treated. As a board certified psychologist and retired military officer with over 25 years of experience, I am trained and skilled at all four research-supported methods of treating trauma and stress-related conditions (EMDR, ART, PE, and CPT). I specialize in shorter-term, focused treatment in order to help individuals live their best lives as quickly as possible. My approach is to partner together and work as a team. I utilize and share many effective tools to help people reach their goals. Together we’ll develop and implement an individualized plan that works for you. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have. For more information and my biography, check out my primary website: www.peakharmonyutah.com.
