Our levels can be high or dangerously low. One of my favorite quotes is "you can't pour from an empty cup!" My goal is to help you identify ways to refill your emotional cup so you can continue building yourself and others! To achieve this I offer an environment that is non-sterile and free from judgment. I have worked in the field for many years. I have experience working with individuals with behavioral Issues, burnout, career issues, depression, and other diagnoses. My therapy methods are driven by concepts; concepts that are tailored just for you. I started this journey after my son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. At that moment I understood the emotional and physical strains associated with caring for someone with disabilities. So, I set out on a mission to acquire knowledge to empower myself and others.
