Introduction

Thank you for choosing LWC (LivingWell Counseling) to assist you in facilitating life changes that will enable you to love living well. My name is Crystal Lovinggood, and I am the sole therapist for LWC. I am a Licensed Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Counselor (LADC/MH). I have previously worked in a prison setting, rehabilitative inpatient setting for women and their children, outpatient setting, and a detention facility setting. I have provided individual treatment to people ranging from age 4 to 70. I have also provided family therapy and group therapy for a variety of age ranges. I have managed numerous treatment teams that have worked diligently to save and improve the lives of the clients in their care. I have experience treating trauma, PTSD, addiction, co-dependency, domestic violence offenders and victims, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I utilize a variety of counseling methods including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that counseling should be a team effort of counselor and client collaborating to assist client in identified areas of desired change. I also believe that each person deserves to be wholly well and love the life that is uniquely theirs.
