If you seek more life-satisfaction, want more satisfying communication with loved ones, need to recover from loss or trauma, I am here to navigate the journey together unlocking your true potential that allows you to thrive. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to overcome personal, relational, and emotional issues and supporting you as you discover your resiliency and strengths. My passion in working with children who are experiencing emotional or behavioral issues is to help guide parents in creating the best atmosphere for their children’s emotional growth. Recognizing that life brings challenges to all of us helps us begin to understand what keeps us “stuck.” Call me for a face-to-face appointment or a Tele-Health meeting so I may help you find ways to re-write your story.
