It can be overwhelming looking for help, not knowing what the process is like, or how to choose therapy that feels right to you. In my office you can bring what you need, whatever that looks like. Everyone is unique in what their needs are and what they are looking for. The space is not an overly formal, clinical setting but a place to come as you are as we gently explore how your past and present are interacting and hijacking the future you want and deserve. I help clients to gain awareness of their body and mind while finding alternative ways for them to express themselves. I specialize in working with adult individuals with trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD. I also specialize in working with couples to repair relationships and build communication. With my experience in my own healing journey as a client and knowledge as a counselor I can work as a guide and helping hand in your own healing journey.
