Seeking therapy is often a complex decision as it may mean there are certain life stressors, addictions, anxiety, depression, or circumstances that feel out of our control. However, seeking the help you need is important to getting back to living the life that you want. Together, we can work towards improving life balance, coping, and finding meaning in your life. The process of understanding ourselves is vital for personal growth and success. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to find personal self awareness and insight, as well as creating a space of finding resiliency through coping skills. My therapy style is engaging, compassionate, and tailored to my clients. I work within an interpersonal therapy framework and utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapies. I work with Lilia Sheynman, PhD (License PSY26066) at her group practice, Coastal Therapy Long Beach. During my clinical training, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, adults with a diverse ethnic background and varying mental health needs. I work within the forensic field as well, serving a population with severe mental illness.
