Now accepting new clients! At points in our lives when we are feeling stuck, alone, and hurt we need a space or a relationship that meets us where we are at without feeling shame. Through therapy, we can have someone come on this journey towards healing. Healing is possible and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. I specialize in working with complex trauma, attachment trauma, and couples counseling. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Somatic therapies, and parts work. I also have advanced training and experience working with members of the first responder community and enjoy working with that population.
