Introduction

I am a trauma-informed Counselor and Reiki Master practicing in the Wood River Valley. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with my Master's in Counselor Education. During my graduate studies, I completed an emphasis in Trauma, Grief, and Crisis Counseling. Post-graduation, I worked in a rural community providing services for a variety of individuals and needs. I received my Reiki Master certification from Jessica Ayers, RMT, and have experience with in-person and distance Reiki sessions. I strive to meet you where you are at in your healing journey and I see your well-being as a holistic relationship with mind, body, and spirit.
