I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of clinical experience. I completed my graduate degree in clinical psychology at Antioch University in Santa Barbara. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, and women's issues. My approach is client-centered and individualized to meet each client's personal needs and goals. I practice from a strength-based, trauma-informed approach using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based practices. I feel that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and my goal is to work collaboratively with clients on issues that are holding them back from having the life they want to be living. I use my experience to serve as a guide, working alongside each client at their pace and level of comfort. My goal is for clients to leave the session with a sense that they found a safe space in which they can grow into their ideal, authentic selves. I assist clients in setting goals, developing coping strategies, and gaining self-awareness while building their confidence to make lasting changes in their lives.
