Hi I’m Wumi Williams. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor but you might also refer to me as a therapist, mindfulness mentor, mental health enthusiast, educator, or creative coach. I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years and have a passion to see others thrive and find strength within themselves. I received my B.A degree in Sociology at Norfolk State University and received my M.S degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I am always exploring ways to enhance or improve my skills to better serve my community. I specialize in mental health counseling which encompasses individual, couples, family, and group counseling. I believe in helping Individuals realize their potential, cope with life stressors, & enhance their mental wellness. I have incorporated beautification services within my company as a way to infuse both mind and body. I believe when wellness starts beauty begins so what better way to focus from the Inside Out! I look forward to exploring new strategies that allow individuals to address the root cause of difficulties and build meaningful social connections.
