You're the one others rely on—at work, at home, in your relationships. You manage a lot, and from the outside, it may look like you're holding it all together. But inside, you might feel anxious, mentally overextended, or unsure how much longer you can keep going without something shifting. I work with people who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and often quietly overwhelmed. Many are navigating major transitions—starting college, becoming a parent, managing burnout, or reevaluating what they want from their work or relationships. Whether you're balancing a demanding career, parenting in a high-pressure environment, or simply ready for things to feel different, therapy can offer a meaningful reset. I began my career as a school counselor, and that foundation still shapes how I work—with empathy, insight, and practical support. Today, I offer virtual therapy across Connecticut and welcome private pay clients seeking individualized, emotionally attuned care. I also work with a select number of out-of-state clients—including those in New York and Florida—who are looking for consistent, relationship-based support and value the flexibility of virtual sessions. With over a decade of experience, I draw from CBT, self-compassion, and strength-based approaches to help clients gain emotional clarity, healthier boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-trust. Therapy with me is a space to reflect, regroup, and feel more like yourself again—while also moving toward meaningful, lasting change.
