Personal healing is not linear processes. Change can be messy and is quite often complicated, effecting many layers of our lives at once. It can be fear-inducing and destabilizing when we cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel. We feel lost and deeply alone. I offer an open, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to unpack all that you have been holding in. You can lay down your burdens and explore them in a manner that feels safe. You can find that light at then end of the tunnel. It usually is not as far as it seems. I pull from various evidence-based treatment approaches to best support you and your needs. As a foundation I use a mindfulness-based approach while at times including EMDR, CBT, existential therapies, and others as appropriate. Some areas of healing I work with most often include traumatic stress, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, substance use and addictions, and relational conflict.
