Introduction

I seek to create a space that is welcoming, safe and supportive. A space where you can talk through issues, process experiences, gain insight and understanding. I am a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ community. My focus is on partnering with individuals to improve coping skills, resiliency, positive change, growth and wellness. Many of the clients I work with are coping with issues related to life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, and past trauma. In my work I incorporate insights and skills from different therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual client . I am licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. I provide video therapy for clients in these areas. I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation. I also offer sliding scale/reduced fee options.
