Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Holistic Me Therapy, LLC

Introduction

Greetings! So glad you've taken a minute to review my profile. I'm Tracey, and I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples, college students, and teens make meaningful life changes. My areas of interest focus on trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, women issues, academic success, life planning, and interventions of meditation and mindfulness as it relates to well-being. I have experience working in various counseling environments, such psychiatric facilities, high schools, criminal systems, and private agencies. I believe in the development of a strong therapeutic alliance, openness, and non judgment. I practice from a holistic approach and profess that approach to be most successful as it allows my therapeutic interventions to access the whole person. Therapy doesn't have to be shameful, nor does it have to be an isolated journey. If you're ready to focus on intentional self help and healing, I'm excited to help you begin this journey with much support and compassion. Schedule your first appointment today! Please note consultations are optional and can be done via phone @ 803-882-2045 or virtual on Mondays @ noon. Emails are acceptable.
