Introduction

Hello, It's nice to meet you! I am a Sr. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas with 18 years of professional work experience. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am also an award-winning film director and healing journey music artist. The film is a docuseries coming to Amazon Prime and other streaming networks in 2023 called Music and Mental Health. I also have a new music album that focuses on healing from trauma and abuse, titled "No Looking Back." I have experience helping clients with relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, anxiety, confidence, & depression. Our clinic is all about healing. The clinic focuses on deep-rooted healing from trauma related to Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Scapegoated Child, Smear Campaigns (gossip, slander, deformation of character), PTSD, CPTSD, Toxic Shame, People Pleasing, Self Love Deficit, Depression, Bullying, Low Self Esteem, and Anxiety. All Cluster B personalities cause harm, and we help you heal. We use deep-rooted trauma healing techniques that incorporate creative arts, healing childhood trauma, self-love, self-validation, education on psychological and emotional abuse, spiritual warfare, and assertiveness training. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Spirituality. Remember, "Your Trauma Is Not Drama"
