Introduction

Some of my strongest values are mutual understanding, authenticity, confidentiality and competence. These are what I hope to share with my clients. My goal is to listen and help you in your process starting from wherever you are while enabling self-empowerment and personal strength. I have worked with all ages. I worked for DCFS for many years specializing in work with youth in foster care. I have worked with individuals who have experienced loss, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression and people who have attachment and LGBTQ+ related issues. Having the courage to begin in the healing process isn’t easy but life doesn’t have to be so hard! I'm able to draw from my own personal life and professional experiences.
