Introduction

I'm a Maryland native and bring the east coast vibe to the Bay. For me, providing mental health care for women of color in San Francisco is a social justice act. I am proud to see that mental health stigma is decreasing, but there is still a major need for culturally competent care for people of color. I believe that healing begins with the relationships we foster within ourselves and with others. I also believe in being authentic and transparent with the clients I work with. I love a good laugh and believe in the healing power of laughter.
