Introduction
Being human can be difficult. It comes with highs and lows, sometimes those highs and lows frequently alternate, and sometimes they are not alternating enough. We all feel stuck at times, like things need to change, that things are out of control and moving too quickly, or we are exhausted from too much change. I am passionate about journeying with adult individuals to discover helpful insights to live with a bit more ease, to stay more present, or simply to validate that being human can be difficult. I see clients struggling with burn-out, anxiety, depression, self-confidence, trauma, processing emotions, and life transitions. Finding a therapist can be exhausting. If we feel like a good fit, I hope to create a space where you feel safe to process the struggles of being human, practice conversations with me as your therapist that seem impossible with others, and to feel out your life as your truest and most authentic self. Don't allow your fears to be bigger than your freedom.
