Introduction

Whatever your situation or circumstance, I’m proud of you for wanting something better. I commend you for having the courage to reach out for help. I believe change is possible. I’d be honored to take this therapeutic journey with you. Let's connect. By using a person-centered approach, individuals will become the expert of their lives and discover their own solutions. As your therapist, I will listen to all individuals without judgment, and allow them the opportunity to control the discussion, and the direction of the session to enhance their self-discovery. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is also used to assist individuals in changing their thinking patterns. My goal is to assist individuals in growing from their struggles, restructuring the way they think, and healing from their pain so they can live life to their fullest potential. Because Healing is Essential!
