We focus on helping individuals experiencing a shift in their identity – faith transitions, relationship changes, LGBTQ+ topics, etc. We specialize in non-religious, secular approaches to mental health care. Our goal is for you to explore, heal, and discover new ways of being your authentic self, no matter where you are on your journey. I look beyond traditional diagnoses and definitions to better understand your experiences and unique human-ness. I see my role as a guide, someone to help you expand your perspective on your identity and journey so that you feel empowered to live your best life. Additionally, I believe you are the expect on yourself, so I look to you for understanding your culture, background, and unique qualities. Ultimately, I hope we can work together to find the root of your pain and discover life-long solutions. I believe in practicing what I preach by making time for my own growth and wellbeing. In my personal life, I enjoy hiking in the mountains (with my partner and our dog), writing, reading, playing D&D, and tending to my plants. I consider myself a casual rock climber and roller blader.
