Is it difficult to connect to people in your life or yourself? We all need people and it hurts when we feel disconnected from ourselves and important relationships in our lives. Working together, we could improve connections, and feel more joy in the presence of others. I am a trauma informed therapist and will help you explore and uncover new ways of experiencing relationships by feeling safe and connected to yourself and others. No longer will you avoid romantic relationships, or feel scared and conflicted when you are in relationships. I will help you to navigate these distressing feelings confidently. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your deepest struggles. It is my goal to pace myself at your rate of change. I believe we are all wired to improve ourselves, and everyone has their own speed. If you are ready to take this passage to your new life, I would love to journey with you.
