My joy is helping people to explore their thoughts and beliefs towards a greater understanding of the patterns and habits that shape their experience. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, with the goal of helping people to live genuine, good-enough lives free of pain, anxiety, and self-doubt. My specialties include struggles with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and indentity. I enjoy couples as well as individual therapy, and after nearly a decade as a University professor, enjoy continuing to work with the student population as well. I am a Registered Psychological Assistant (PSB94025162) under the supervision of Dr. Nancy Vogt (PSY17882).
