Hi, my name is Scott Frazier, and I am an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) at Aspire Psychological, practicing under the supervision of Cindy Chia. Since I started pursuing my mental health career in 2007, I have had the privilege to treat adolescents, adults, couples and families from various backgrounds. I have extensive experience and trainings specialized in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorder, OCD, ADHD, trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, anger, violence, and personality disorders, such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and others. My clinical practice utilizes evidence-based approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), solution focused therapy, person centered therapy, and Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT). In my practice, I use a nonjudgmental approach that is direct, honest, respectful, and collaborative. I believe in the power of healing relationships, promoting growth and healthy functioning of individuals, couples, and families through professional guidance. I truly believe that mental health can shape so many areas of our lives if we take care of it; and it is an absolute privilege to be able to work with patients as they navigate new ways of empowerment and healing.
