I have over 5 years of experience in supporting survivors of abuse and others experiencing stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. Everyone’s experience is unique and I will employ a variety of techniques and resources to help you on your journey. I have worked with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, spiritualities, genders, and sexual orientations. My therapeutic approach is empathic and nonjudgmental. My priority is to empower you so you can live a life aligned with your goals and values. I look forward to talking with you and walking this journey together.
