My priority is to help you reach your unique goals by developing a safe, trusting relationship and applying well researched methods of therapy. While I work with a variety of different areas, my primary specialties are in anxiety, panic, major life stressors, traumatic events and grief. I bring a gentle, supportive presence to help you find calm in the midst of the storms of life. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-based therapy. I incorporate techniques from other research based models of therapy such as ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
I see therapy as a collaborative process requiring both of our strengths. The foundation of growth is a warm, welcoming and honest space that I facilitate through empathy and curiosity. I would love to hear from you and get to know your story. Please reach out if you are interested in setting up a video appointment or a free introductory call.
