Introduction

The healing process is vulnerable and courageous. Whether you seek healing for yourself or your child, a safe holding space that provides supportive containment and compassion is so vital. I embrace each individual with the knowledge that one is the expert of their own lives. My role is to provide a space to access deeper wisdom and personal expression. I began my career in early childhood education and have brought my knowledge of early childhood development into my work as a therapist, with a focus on attachment, sensory processing and the nervous system constantly informing my work. Establishing safety and trust are always paramount. It is an honor and privilege to be trusted in this incredibly vulnerable, healing journey and I welcome you.
