Introduction

I am passionate about working with high achieving and motivated women and veterans experiencing Anxiety and/ or PTSD. Are you experiencing overthinking, self doubt, hopelessness, panic attacks, constant fear or worry, or overwhelm and want to regain your ability to put yourself first, feel safe in your body, trust your judgement and control thoughts of fear and worry? Then you are in the right place! I can support you to reduce people pleasing, heal the relationship you have with yourself and break free from worry, overwhelm and self defeating thoughts and behaviors. As an EMDR therapist I will help you heal from past and present wounds. After our sessions, you will become comfortable setting boundaries, saying no and considering what you want and need first! Worry and fear will decrease significantly, along with the “what if” scenarios about the future. You will also see an increase in your self-esteem. You will view yourself and the world around you with a different set of lenses. No matter what you're going through, it can get better, and you don't have to suffer in silence. Worry or sadness doesn't have to control your life. You deserve to take the super women cape off and be supported. Allow me to support you because you do matter. Schedule an intake session or visit my website to learn more at www.aresilientyoucounseling.com I believe “if you don’t take care of you, who will”?
