Introduction

We all have struggles and you are not alone! Sometimes, we get stuck and I specialize in helping people get unstuck! I will help you achieve positive change by learning to accept yourself and connect to others. Recovery is all about connection! So we will start by building a counseling relationship that encourages and guides you through the process of growth and healing. My role is to help you find answers within yourself, build supportive relationships, and learn effective coping skills, as you discover your true worth and potential. I will meet you where you are and offer feedback and compassion to help you reach your goals every step of the way. I am licensed to practice counseling Virginia and North Carolina. My approach is an integration of Adlerian, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Therapy. I'm trained in Animal Assisted Psychotherapy. I practice in-person therapy Christiansburg, Virginia.
